Best Pharmacy I ever had in years . Very helpful and quick with anything you need. Place need some updates but other than that very happy with the service

Why??? Staff apparently is wonderful to every customer. Except me. Why? I don't understand. I always show my respect, follow their directions, and only get pushed around. Customers behind me in line are called to go ahead of me (only because they are picking up ... so my dropping off request is less important...). At the counter, I was ordered by staff to "Stand here." Did as I was told. Only to be then told that in was to move out of their way for someone else (then WHY did you tell me to stand there?) Too often, I walk out feeling awful for how I get pushed around, dismissively regarded, and absolutely bewildered as to why. I show only respect, I've never spoken back to anyone, but can't seem to be treated in kind in here. I really don't understand.

Unfortunately, new ownership is NOT good for the community. I’ve been a loyal Triangle Pharmacy user for the past three years but no more. The new owner has ended everything that made Triangle so beloved. I predict many more people will follow suit in leaving Triangle behind. If you’re looking for a new pharmacy, look elsewhere.
