We were very pleased with the care my father received from the nursing staff to the therapy department! Their compassion and kindness to us as his family meant so much!! Jill, Candice and Becca (Pt/speech) were wonderful to me as I felt able to express my concerns and apprehension for my father's discharge. I am very grateful for the everyone!

Mountain Top Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center goes above and beyond with making your stay very person-centered. Activities, Therapy, Social Services, and the Clinical support team truly take care of your loved one during their stay!

The food is the absolute worst. They are always short staffed because staff is always calling in sick and it doesn’t seem like they have a reserve list of staff they call; therefore the residents suffer from their short sightedness. Some of the management team do not seem to be interested in doing their job to the best of their ability. They have staff meetings that doesn’t seem to make involve all care takers and the right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing.

I just want to say I am so pleased with the level of professionalism that I have experienced here. I especially would like to say that Heather Sadusky was so understanding and knowledgeable, and made the process seemless.
