I cannot begin to express how grateful I am to have been under such wonderful care. After a 20+ year dental nightmare, Dr. Karam was the only person willing to take on such a difficult situation. He built a team consisting of a general dentist as well as a Periodontist who were just as passionate about my journey and kept me informed every step of the way. His staff is always respectful, bubbly, professional and extremely accommodating. When small issues arose, they responded to my calls quickly (even after hours) and made sure I was seen as soon as possible. They all truly went the extra mile to make sure I had a positive experience from start to finish!!!

There are not enough stars and words for how wonderful this experience was! After trying so hard to find the right Orthodontist fit for my 11 yr old (whom has been through alot with Dental trauma and work in the last year) Karam Orthodontics treated us and especially my Daughter with the utmost care and compassion and she is so excited for her long awaited braces! Jen was exceptional (whom was first to take my call and follow up with me every step) then I had the pleasure of speaking with the Office Mgr. Heidi I think her name was and she was equally fantastic! It didn't end there...Joelle and Dr. Wessel amazing! This drive for me was over an hour and I would drive an hour more for them! I had the absolute pleasure of working with Karam Orthodontics and Doctor Karam for my Invisalign treatment as an adult, and I cannot say enough about how positive my experience was. It's clear that Doctor Karam cares a lot about not only what he does but how he does it. This place is run on principle; there is genuine concern and care for each patient. Two of my children met with Dr. Karam for an Invisalign consultation. Every member of the staff was so nice and welcoming. Dr. Karam is so kind and also takes his time with each patient. He explains everything to both the parent and child in a way they can comprehend. You leave feeling like he truly cares about your children.

I have been in dentistry for over 12 years.. Karam is amazing, and his team is formidable as well. I have seen some of his work from start to finish through my nieces and I couldn’t recommend him more. Today my 6 year old got phase one ortho and everyone was beyond patient and accommodating.
