Walgreens Pharmacy

Don't go to this store, I guarantee you will be disappointed...staff is incompetent at best. Drive through is never open... can take days to get a prescription filled. Today 12/24 probably 15 people in line for pickup and one cashier who likes to spend more time talking than helping customers... Good bye, never again.

They need more staff, the Rx is never ready at the time they say it will be ready by. Ninety percent of the time when the app says “Your prescription is ready,” they start working on the Rx when you arrive. Best to call and speak to an actual person, but even then there is a 1% chance the order will be ready at the time promised.

I’ve had multiple issues with this pharmacy and have tried to be patient. My prescription was scheduled to be ready on Friday. After waiting four extra days, I came in on Tuesday and it still wasn’t ready. There seems to be a serious lack of organization. Additionally, the drive-through was closed, which added to the inconvenience.

Completely incompetent running a pharmacy. Multiple times they’ve taken several days to fill simple prescriptions. Delays meant I didn’t have meds for out of state travel. Annoying too call yet no follow up if any issues filling. Nearly impossible to get a real person on telephone. Lack of employees causing unexpected closure on a frequent basis. I’m changing to another pharmacy.

Signed in online to get our vaccines. 30 minutes of waiting, found out our my birthdate was switch with my daughters. Walgreens staff wasn't very good at being proactive solving the issue on there own.. Hour and aĥalf I won't get back
