ZoomCare Wilsonville - Urgent Care & Primary Care

I’m so glad I found this gem. It was easy to book on line. When I arrived, I was greeted by a cheerful and efficient person(Emma). Taken back to the exam room and appropriate preparations made for my visit. The I then met the provider Carolyn, who was knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She listened to my concerns and appropriate care was given. Couldn’t have been better or made me feel more comfortable. I was in good hands. Checkout was smooth and prescription was ready and available. So glad to know where to go when seeing my PCP isn’t possible or as convenient. The facility was very clean and comfortable.

As always my apt was on time and made super easy. I actually had to come in twice in one week for 2 separate issues and Julie Seminara was so great to work with. She is professional, kind and took her time explaining things to me. I left feeling better and with the meds I needed. I highly recommend her.

My experience was terrific! I arrived a few minutes early and because I had already completed the forms online, my wait time was short! Julie was easy to communicate with and brought up some helpful questions and advice for my healthcare. She was genuinely interested in my health and it was greatly appreciated.

This review is specifically for the receptionist at the Wilsonville ZoomCare location. We had confirmed with two other ZoomCare clinics that we could choose to pay out of pocket and not use our private insurance. Based on that information, we scheduled an appointment in Wilsonville. When we arrived, the receptionist refused to let us pay out of pocket, insisting that if we have insurance, we must use it. This was the first time we had ever heard such a policy. We asked her to verify it by calling another location or checking with corporate, and we even said we were happy to wait but she simply repeated that it wasn’t an option. After leaving, I called the main ZoomCare number, and they confirmed that we can choose not to bill insurance. The receptionist was either misinformed or unwillin
