This was my first time using Costco pharmacy and they did an amazing job. This is an efficient and knowledgable crew.
I have been struggling to get new scrips filled for a month. Other pharmacy closed and stuff got lost. Costco Pharmacy Wilsonville straightened mess out and filled in one day. Great work and service. Thanks!!
Slow to fill prescriptions, fast to put them back if you don’t have time to work around their hours. Took a week for my prescription to be filled. Went to pick it up and they had already put it back and told me it would be another 45 minutes at least. The cost savings aren’t worth the trouble or wait. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.
Update: 4 years after my first review and I’m still pleasantly surprised at how nice they are. Even when I make a mistake, they fix it with a smile. I’ve been using this pharmacy for years. The staff is very friendly and they are very responsive when I need a prescription expedited, etc. I pick up prescriptions for family at other pharmacies and it is nowhere near the pleasant experience I get from the Costco folks.
The staff is super helpful and every experience there has been great!
