Fred Meyer Pharmacy

I was SO impressed with Kayla's tremendous customer service!!! This is while all other pharmacies are beyond struggling with disarray and I'm sure Fred Meyer is too with all the negative market changes. But she listened to me, she made me a human and you don't get that kind of customer service these days. I was dealing with an Oregon Health glitched system problem and she even called Csre Oregon to get the correct bin and group number instead of putting that back on me because she sensed I was having some difficulties. She's 1 in a million!

It's hard to express just how bad Fred Meyer Pharmacy has become. They are always behind schedule. Prescriptions are not ready for pickup at the promised time. And good luck trying to get someone to even answer the phone. I recommend Rite-Aid or even Walgreens instead

Just got my flu shot on a Sunday! Appointment with pharmacist was on time and she did an excellent job. She also provided additional info on the COVID vaccine. Very efficient and friendly process.

I was just in there and the pharmacist Madi went out of her way to help me with a question I had. She was clearly very busy and took the time to help me when I needed it. Thank you so much. Will be back for sure!

Pharmacy is awful! Run arounds, constant incompetency with insurance...they want 1200 for 2 scripts that can be got without insurance at any other pharmacy for about 150. Constantly put on hold and nobody has the same answer, much less the correct answer. They are not cheaper, they make it a hassle to even get a prescription and I'm sure the frequent hold ups are because people like me have to go back 4 times just to get one script! I will not be back, Costco is better. Shoot, Safeway is almost better at this point.
