Shauna is passionate, knowledgable and energetic while also (perhaps curiously) a very calming presence. She worked on my 16 year old Taekwondo-artist teen, post-concussion, for multiple sessions, and helped with re-setting some balance and tension issues. My teen reported on every occasion feeling better, respected, and "unbelievably relaxed" after every appointment. We're hopeful this will also lead to greater confidence and performance in the future as that was part of my teen's goal. 10/10!
