Target

Don't count on checking online first as it is never accurate. 3 out of 3 times going there has online shown me avaliable items and resulted in wasted trips because they don't actually have it. Not surprised Target is a sinking ship of a company when you can't even purchase what they allegedly sell. Good luck

Generally I don't go to Target, because the store is so massive I always end up having to use the little red phone. However, when I was searching for Beyond vegan sausages near me, Target came up. I was thrilled that I could get them without having to go to Walmart. But the reason I'm giving four stars is because I only needed the one thing, and I went all the way to the back of the store to get it. I feel grocery's should be in the front of the store. But then I waited in a super long line because there were no staff to help. I actually was emailed by a rep at the store to ask me about my experience, which I thought was very thoughtful. But they asked me to make a Google review and here we are.

Will not return a defective item that was bought yesterday. Of course I don’t have my receipt as I expected it to last longer then a day

Usually i use self check out. I decided to go through a checker. Lines were short. Checker, Alyha (spelling may not be accurate) asked me to take my items out of the little basket, I had maybe 6 items. Apparently I wasn't fast enough, as she grabbed the last few items for me. Then told me to put the basket underneath. There was no thank you, have a good evening, nothing. Just went to the next person.... And the season begins

Frequently takes 15 minutes to wait on the lines. They're obviously understaffed consistently. Probably a cooperate pay problem as the employees are definitely doing their jobs, there's just not enough of them. Past that glaring issue, the availabe grocery selection often leads to substitutions or omissions. The prices are higher than across town. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.
