Walgreens Pharmacy

This Walgrens no longer fills Rx at the store... apperently... they are filled at a centeral hub, and then may or may not be shipped to the store same day... may take 2 or 3 days... NOT ACCEPTABLE... for someone sick and a fever, who need antibotics, and is denied for multiple days because its "more streamlined" is setting medical care back 200 years... plus with E Main closing, the better of these two, is a joke... I am taking my families medication care somewhere else... my wife has a fever and has been denied her medication because its eaiser for them??? They just lost 7 customers... never going back here again...

The Walgreens pharmacy was packed, but the staff worked like a well-oiled machine. They handled a huge volume of people quickly and efficiently, while still being kind and attentive. Despite the chaos, they took the time to answer questions, solve problems, and explain medications. I was in and out faster than expected, and left feeling grateful for their hard work and care.

I just switched from a pharmacy that I had for over 10 years. My fiancé used Walgreens and thought it would be better to pick up my meds and her meds together... I have had nothing but problems, it's only been a few weeks but this frustration was shared with my primary care who also used this pharmacy and has had lots of problems, and they recommended that we try a local family pharmacy who values their customers and provide better service

I have been using this pharmacy for years, through changes in insurance, modifications of prescriptions, changes in payment systems and COVID boosters. Their service has been consistently good. Yes, sometimes there are longish lines, but that is usually at predictable times such as after their lunch break. The people at the pharmacy window have always, always been patient and polite to myself and those ahead of me, and when I have had questions they cannot answer, they have always known exactly who to immediately ask to resolve any issues.

I received the first dose of my COVID vaccine (Moderna) here. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and on time! I also found the Walgreens website to be one of the easiest to use for appointment searching and scheduling. Once you book your appointment they send you a confirmation number and a thorough and easy to understand follow up email so you can be properly prepared and know exactly what to expect. And don’t be worried if the confirmation email doesn’t come immediately—it took several hours for mine to appear in my inbox. The whole process was well done.
