Aspen Dental - Torrington, CT

The office staff is very kind and attentive. Jaime is awesome!! I love having her as my hygienist. Their dentists are kind and compassionate as well as do a good job. Only critique I have is that a couple of times I’ve been left waiting after my appointment to go over next appointment details or in the middle of appointments for long periods of time. They have a secondary waiting room they’ll put you in sometimes after your initial cleaning until they are ready to polish your teeth and such and sometimes it can be awhile. Both times I’ve had a cleaning done I was there for atleast a hour and half but regardless they do a good job and make sure to get what needs to be done, done.

I had an excellent experience at Aspen Dental. The entire team was honest, kind, and highly professional. They took great care of me during a very painful situation on a Saturday, performed a thorough exam, and provided the right treatment and medications. Thanks to them, I am already feeling much better today. I truly appreciate their positive attitude, respect, and dedication to helping their patients. Highly recommended. Joseph Thomas Fasano

Embarrassingly it had been over 4 years since I’ve last been to the dentist. I was nervous about the condition of my teeth, but everyone at aspen was so welcoming and made sure I was comfortable. Kristina at the front desk had everything ready to go when I walked up to check in. Deanna and Sam were awesome and made sure I was as comfortable as possible for all my x rays and scans. Dr Sharma was very thorough with her exam and explained everything in a way that I could actually understand. Jaime the hygienist was the same way, she checked my gums and got me scheduled for my first cleaning in years and let me know everything she would be doing for my cleaning. Keisha the manager got me all checked out, helped me make my next appointments for my fillings and walked me through everything finan

I've been going to Aspen Dental for over 20 years and this is the best group I have been in contact with. Jaime the hygienist is top notch and very compassionate. She takes the time to fully explain things and I no longer am apprehensive about going for a cleaning. I just met Dr Qureshi for the first time and she also impressed me. I would definitely recommend the Torrington Aspen Dental office to anyone .

Such a great experience here! Everyone was so kind and helpful, Caitlin up front was so nice during check in, the assistant Deanna was super patient with me even though I struggled a bit with my x rays. Dr Q did my exam, she made sure I understood everything that was going on and answered all my questions. For once I’m looking forward to going back to the dentist.
