I was given expert care and testing was prompt and efficient! Great bedside manners with MA and Physician! I will def recommend this walk in clinic to friends and family and anyone inquiring!!! My only criticism would be the receptionist had little to no personality and her energy wasn't giving medical receptionist.. more assembly line..maybe I thought she was new and is learning the process with computer but still! There's no reason to make no eye contact and or give the feeling that the patient in front of you isn't important.. The medical assistant and the Physician how we made everything worth it!

Staff extremely rude and unprofessional. Ask polite questions like why people with appointments after you are seen before you, or since they were seen in my spot are they using my insurance, and they will kick you out and threaten to call the police. A healthcare professional interacting with the public needs to be able to handle people with patience and compassion. Not kick people out and threaten them when they start calmly asking questions. Also disgustingly dirty in the waiting area.

Tiffany Cesca was amazing- minimal to no wait with pre-arrival appointment, clear plan and rationale for her tests. Explained her treatment and I left feeling confident that I was going to get better because of her. Also, the radiology technician was professional and provided comedic relief! Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience during my actual appt earlier this week. Unfortunately, 2 prescriptions were supposed to be sent to the pharmacy, only 1 was sent through. I called and was assured the 2nd script would be sent over shortly. That was 2 days ago. I called earlier today for an update, was sent to a voicemail and no call back. Thankfully my PCP came through & had it sent over. The doctor and nurse were wonderful but the follow through is lacking

This medical walk in is the one I choose over one close to me. Everyone is polite, very efficient, I felt cared for. They decorate for the seasons, is that important you might say, YES was happy to see this, homey .
