What a wonderful staff. Very helpful in answering my questions and there is never a wait in line more than a few minutes. They are very patient and kind. Even though they may service more than one client at a time there is always someone close by that can help. I have been there for a broken wrist, 2 elbow surgeries, carpal tunnel surgery, neck and shoulder pain, and the latest is neuropathy. If you have neuropathy in the feet, the Neubie system is the best. Electric water bath for the feet is very helpful. I have seen all the therapist. Feels like family, lol. I've been going to this office for years.

I have been using Maletta Pfeiffer for therapy for my finger for about a month now and have been really pleased with my care. The hand therapist there is great to work with and has many years of experience. I trust his expertise and actually look forward to my visits there. The front desk staff is friendly and appointment scheduling, co-payments, even parking are all easy to deal with. I would certainly look to Maletta Pfeiffer for future care needs and would recommend to others.

After a bad back injury and surgery, Richard at the Alvord Park branch provided great PT and got me back to all my sports. He's great at motivating patients, especially at the beginning when things seem most difficult. I also had a great experience with Rob for arthritis. I saw him for only one appointment, during which he recommended a specific brace to address one of my issues and referred me to an orthopedist to address another issue. Prior to my appointment with them, he spoke to the doctor's office to explain my problem. He then checked back with me by phone afterwards to make sure all had gone well. I felt I was literally in good hands at Maletta Pfeiffer.

Had a knee replacement and had therapy here for 3.5 months with Rich Boulli on Alvord Park Road Torrington. The staff is very courteous and Rich did a great job with my rehab. I highly recomend this facility. 5 star for sure.
