Connecticut GI: Torrington

I’ve been to the Torrington location twice in 4 months and both times seen by Claire Rosen who takes the times to really listen and is fully present. Claire has a gift to be able to articulate, and educate, in a way that’s easy to understand, leaving you empowered. She’s wonderful to partner with. Also a shoutout to appointment setter, Valerie, who was engaging, prompt, and even called me when there was a cancellation so I could get in much, much sooner. Thank you! Great client experience which I wish more physician offices would adopt.

Problems with your poop chute? CTGI is the place to be! A great staff will take care of you from the top right to your bottom. They take the "O NO" out of colonoscopy. Highly recommended - no ifs, ands or butts.

This was my first time ever going to any type of GI doctor and it was a really great experience! Every single person in the practice was super nice, informative and totally patient with me and all my questions. I left there with a ton of information and a plan in place.
