Walgreens Pharmacy

Very disappointing experience with Walgreens. Their website showed FeverAll suppositories as in stock, but when I arrived at the store, the employee I spoke her response was simply, “If you don’t see it, we don’t have it.” No checking the system, no assistance, no apology. I explained that the website clearly listed the item as available. There was still no concern or sympathy, especially frustrating since this is a medication people usually need urgently. If a product isn’t actually available, the website should be updated. Telling customers to “check another store” is not a solution. I went to another Walgreens 2.5 miles away because their website also showed it in stock. Same result. They said they didn’t have it either. Again, no apology, no effort to help. Instructions and email says go to pick up area for in-store pickup. Arrive at in-store pick up no one there. Ask employee and he rudely replied to join line. Either they're understaffed or just lazy and doing their own thing. Instructions should be clear either go to the pickup location, if no one is there join line. Simple as that.

The pharmacy is great. Lines are short. They also accept labelled Fed Ex packages. Great staff. I changed from CVS in the area. Never had any issues.

The pharmacists are always super helpful. One time a guy from the pharmacy walked with me to help find an over the counter medication.
