Liberty Animal Clinic

I recently switched to this vet clinic, and after 3 visits, I’m extremely disappointed with my overall experience. During my first visit, I was upset because the appointment felt rushed the doctor barely examined my dog and quickly walked in and out. On my second visit, I specifically requested Dr. D, and that was the only time I felt comfortable. However, even then, the vet techs who performed the bloodwork seemed inexperienced in how they handled my dog. Getting test results has also been a constant struggle I always have to call multiple times to get updates, and when I finally do, the techs (who aren’t qualified to interpret results) are the ones relaying the information. Brought my cats here for a check up & Jeffery was extremely helpful when we got there. He was patient and reassured me they are in good hands! Definitely recommend going here! He also speaks Spanish so that’s a plus just in case my mom needs to take them in the future :) overall 10/10 experience
