Doctors at Filzas Medical are great . She took her time in answering all my questions and concerns. Her staff is very welcoming and helpful. The office is clean and organized. Definitely recommending this office to my family and friends.

The doctors at Filzas are excellent, they are very caring and knowledgeable. The clinic is clean and they ensure patients comfortability. I appreciate their respectful and accommodating approach for their patients especially for the women in my family.

I wish I could give them 0 stars,I have very bad experience with them, those front staff have no work experience they don’t know what they are doing, and this is not my first time it’s happened with me more than two times, and forget about the waiting time! When I call her for telly visit The doctor don’t talk to me the receptionist she talked to me and she said this is the Telly visit! And she will explain everything to doctors but I don’t know what she explained,and she sand the medicine was wrong I told her I have vomited and I feel nauseous and she sent me cough medicine,, I have four family member go to her office and that happened to them too everyone change her because of that, it’s doctors and stuff both are don’t deserve any stat 0000

Dr. Fatima is a great doctor, but the issue is the office staff/ receptionists. They don’t answer the phone most of the time and never follow through on what is requested. I needed a form filled out for work and it took me a month and a half to get it because the staff misplaced the paperwork, but when I called they just told me to wait. Also, the person who draws blood isn’t very good as I always left with a bruise. I didn’t realize this wasn’t normal until I went to a different doc office and felt the obvious difference in comfort. Once you get through all of that the actual doctor is great, but I think I’ve been through enough to not go back.
