I had such a wonderful experience from start to finish this past weekend! From the moment I called to inquire and set up the appointment, the process was smooth and professional. I brought my mom in due to a toothache, and we were greeted so warmly as soon as we walked in. Throughout the entire visit, we were kept well informed and felt completely at ease. The facility itself was spotless and well-maintained, which immediately gave us confidence in the level of care provided. Title: Misleading Closure Claims and Poor Customer Service I recently visited this establishment (@6:20pm Wednesday) with the intention of inquiring about a filling they called me about since I have questions, and planning to schedule an appointment for the work needed. However, my experience at the front desk left me incredibly disappointed and frustrated. I arrived at the door and noticed that the staff claimed the place was closed. However, I couldn't help but notice that there was a person behind the front desk, suggesting that they were indeed open for business. This discrepancy between what I was told and what I observed was misleading and left me feeling confused. I have to start by saying the professionalism that this office has is amazing. I called a Friday afternoon to make an emergency appointment cause my husband was in alot of pain , wasnt sure what the problem was.Devi went beyond to schedule him ithe next day even though their schedule was full. She was so kind to even call me back to get info to have his insurance checked and everything in order. The dentist was amazing and gentle my husband said t and knowledgeable. Got lucky to find a great Dentist and kind staff. Going to make this my family dentist now. Thanks Devi again
