I can’t recommend this eye doctor’s office enough! They recently opened in Ozone Park in 2025, but their first location in Jackson Heights has been a trusted name for years—and now I see why. The doctor is absolutely amazing, taking the time to truly care for each patient with patience and expertise. You never feel rushed, and she makes sure you leave with the best possible vision care. The staff and technicians are incredibly friendly, professional, and experienced. They make the entire process smooth, from eye exams to picking out frames. Speaking of which—their selection of frames and lenses is fantastic, with very reasonable prices compared to other places. If you’re looking for top-quality eye care with a personal touch, this is the place to go. So happy to have them in Ozone Park!

Very clean and modern office inside, equipment and testing rooms are well maintained as well. Both my mom and little brother were seen here and they both left with the appropriate prescription and / or relevant follow up recommendations based on their individual case. We were seen by Doctor Ly who is very informative and takes her time explaining things to the patient and family, absolutely no rush or pressure to “get in and get out” as *certain* other offices haha. Good patient/customer experience, overall would recommend.

Just had an outstanding experience at Shades of Vision in NYC! This place located in Ozone Park:). Dr. Ly's expertise and care during my eye exam were truly impressive, while Safa and Misty's assistance with glasses and insurance was top-notch, they both were so good and friendly. Five-star service all the way! Highly recommend over other places in Ozone Park.

Had the best optometrist experience at Shades of Vision! I’m so glad this place opened up. In Ozone Park/part of Brooklyn right next to ozone park, everyone usually goes to Eyes on Liberty, but it’s always packed, not aesthetic, and I’d end up spending AT LEAST 4 hours waiting there just for one appointment. Coming to Shades of Vision was such a refreshing change. The office is beautiful, calm, and so well-designed. The staff was friendly, professional, and super quick without making anything feel rushed. It honestly made what used to feel like a nightmare (eye appointments 😅) into such an easy and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!! 🤍

Doctor office is very clean and beautiful. Front employees are very helpful and the doctor Miss Jennifer she is very lovely and humble. She always takes her time to help you out at least which she did to me. Im so glad that I have a Doctor like her in my neighborhood. I want to recommend people to see her if you need any help she will really help you. Thank you, Miss Jennifer, and your team.
