Walgreens Pharmacy

My mom and I had some prescriptions that needed to be filled. My mom was supposed to have four prescriptions to be filled t but the pharmacist only gave me two and and left me wondering about the other 2. I had a prescription also that needed to be filled alsoand the Pharmacist couldn’t get my group number to work for my insurance when i was there the first day. So I called my insurance company the next day and everything was fine with it so i don’t know what the problem was. Concerning my mom I had to go back in the building to ask about the other 2 prescriptions which they could have told her that her other medication would be ready the next day. Then I came in the next day and got my mother meds and they said that my medication would be ready in 40 minutes. The line was so long so I tol

Have had an aweful time dealing with the pharmacy. Have gone and talked to the store manager . Explained my concerns, she was very nice, to no avail .I am on life saving drugs, so things have to be right. They are continually out, wrong, not doing their job. I have numerous drugs between myself and my husband. Know they are making lots of money with us. Not for long. They have made the last mistake with no communication. Save yourself, do not use the Walgreens in Oxford, NC You will be sorry. Would be minus 50 if I could

Ilove Walgreens, its 6 minutes from my house.so I cant walk to it.the store in my neighborhood is always clean. That's say alot to me.Cleaniess,know boxes in the aisles is important. and they open up early and close late.even longer on the major holidays like Christmas. Really good sales&markdown prices, and on the first Tuesday, of each month Seniors Discounts. They also except AARPcards.

I had a problem with a couple of the staff members. One tall girl tried to tell me what was on my bottle and I had to go there and show her what was on my bottle and of course she tried to blame it on the pharmacist saying he didn’t put the right date. When I complained about her attitude the store manager took my number and said she would get the pharmacy manager to call me Monday because they were not in this weekend. Well I never got that call and switched the entire family to professional pharmacy in Oxford.

I'm always impressed by the way you are treated in Walgreens. They always greet customers coming in. Their prices are reasonable too.
