I’m not Bobby. He is my step son. I’m Denise champion. My experience was awesome. I signed in. they took the first guy back in a few minutes and then they took me back. I was in there no time. everybody was so friendly. She ordered my medicine. Within less than 35 minutes 40 minutes it was ready at my pharmacy.I was really pleased with how fast she called it in and I got it .amazing. I would definitely go there again. I recommend this place to other. definitely better than a whole day at the ER all I can say I definitely will be back if need be

They always get you back to be seen quickly. I've never seen anyone who was incompetent here. Other urgent care offices I've been to I have gotten less than optimal treatment. Here they do diagnostic testing quickly and thoroughly. I was very happy with the recent plan and they got my prescription called in to pharmacy quickly.

Today I took a family member for a fairly urgent issue. After registering at the kiosk - the medical team was on point. Kind - professional- caring. The provider called back in timely fashion regarding the X Ray report. Aesthetically clean- neat - an awesome experience- this location a mile or so from the Oxford NC I 85 exit 202 - past a mini mall with several stores & different services. It’s better to register on line for an appointment but walk in’s are accepted which is what I did.There were no other patients waiting so after registering- we were promptly attended. I was really impressed of the courtesy of the nurse & Doctor.

It would be in your best interest to keep driving. I didn't really care for the sign in kiosk with no one up front. I feel for those who aren't tech savvy, that's not even okay to put them through that amongst needing medical attention. You can hear conversations while waiting to be seen. Can't just give them a call, you wait and no one answers. The provider prescribes my child something that isn't covered through insurance and she never addresses the issue with pharmacy and when talking with her she asks my husband what does he think she should prescribe. I have absolutely never heard of this before. Mind you, all of this is going on and we're waiting for a prescription to pick up the day before the snowstorm when it should have been fixed the day before. Never again!

Online registration went great. The complementary drinks in the lobby were a plus. What made it 5 stars is the fact that they actually listened when I answered the questions. Mona and staff on Saturday made me feel cared for. They were observant and spotted things that others have missed. I am thankful for the level of care I recieved. Thanks so much! I would, and already have, recommend Main Street Family Care in Oxford.
