Drake & Seymour Dentistry

I would advise against visiting Drake and Seymour Dentistry due to my disappointing experience. The office provided inconsistent information regarding my insurance coverage on multiple occasions. Despite discussing the matter with my insurance provider, Federal Blue Cross and Blue Shield, while in the office, the staff continued to provide conflicting answers. I was required to pay the full amount upfront before my son could receive treatment, even though I had presented multiple copies of my insurance cards and they had made copies in my presence, which later disappeared from my file. The staff only submitted the claim to one of my insurance companies, despite knowing I had two insurance cards, which would result in the claim being rejected. This was my first visit and everyone was so friendly there. The building is very well lit and gives a real relaxing feeling. The tall windows and ceilings in the dental room make the room feel bigger than it is and I was just so comfortable there. I will be going back in a couple of days for my first cleaning with them.

One of the best Dental Visits I've experienced in years! I felt valued and welcomed! Dr. Will Seymour was professional, knowledgeable, very thorough and has a pleasant demeanor. He was personable and demonstrated compassion. He listened to my reasons for the visit and even educated me about the apointment and future dental workplan; not to mention he had a mildly delightful sense of humor. Every time I go to this dentist office, I am greeted with smiling and friendly staff. The dental assistant that cleans my teeth is always super careful to not get into my gums with her tools, while always doing a great job cleaning my teeth. The dentist, Alex Drake, always comes in after she is done and checks behind her. He always wears a friendly smile, shakes my hand, and takes a few minutes to talk to me. I couldn't be more pleased with this office. I would strongly recommend this office for your dentistry needs.

I came in today to talk with both dentists but I only spoke to Dr. Seymour. I had gotten a new top denture in 2023 and it never was right. Too thin in spots and too thick in other places. Should’ve never taken it but I needed my denture. So I came in today hoping to hear a lower price but guess not. I’m going to get a new one in January and I hope this one is right. I feel pretty certain that this one will be right. They will make sure this time and now that they have a new lab, I feel confident this one will be made right. They are pretty good listeners and they do aim to please! I like all the ones that i have come in contact with. Very pleasant people who are always very friendly!
