I went in early this fall for a rash. 1st time went well, was told to call again if it didn’t get better in a week. Called them, they told me they’d call me back, never did. 2nd time walked in (hours long wait) but went okay, was told I’d be contacted with a referral to a dermatologist (never was). 3rd time came in asking if I could get the referral (because no one on the phone there is helpful) and was told I’d have to pay to see a doctor again to get the referral they’d promised me last time. The only one trying to help was the lady at the front desk, she was kind. Either feels like a scam or lack of communication and competence. Best of luck to anyone in discomfort or pain, I would not recommend going here.

They tell you you have a time set then you get there at that time and they tell you you got a one hour wait or more. Done this twice to me and if you say anything they say it’s not an appointment even though you have to be there at that time. Will not go again. My insurance works just as well at urgent care! No wonder they have a 2.3 review rating!!!!

Great experience! I was feeling awful - and in between the Electric Road Velocity and the Salem Velocity clinics - I was so impressed! Everyone was kind, professional, and quick! Thank you so much!

Again update ... unfortunately the few very rude providers out shine the amazing ones that are here. The NP was hateful and short with me . Kept cutting me off . Told me to wait 7 days and come back in for meds then . They just want to file another insurance claim and co payment. On top of that the room is absolutely disgusting, blood on the floor dust caked cabnets. Update!!!!! So they have you pick a timeslot but when you get here they tell you that your spot was never a guarantee and its an hour in a half wait. Your time slot isn't a guarantee. Go somewhere lese!!!!!Horrible do not go here. I had a appointment at 1045, waited over an hour two walk ins were taken back when i asked the front desk how much longer i would have to wait i was told i was next , i was not. The wait is horr

nurses and physicians shouldn't talk about patients outside the room. we can hear you ... and treating people like drug addicts is even worse. bad experience all around.
