I'm 68, and I have been getting massages for over 2 years, mostly to be proactive against future neuropathy. My home visit nurse recently told me that my feet circulation is OUTSTANDING. "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure," so I am extremely satisfied with the skill and professionalism of my massage therapist at Just Breathe.

I absolutely love my massage experience with Carrie! I have been seeing her for a few years now for my shoulders and neck pain. She has truly helped me with all my muscles soreness. Her massages have have been a great way to manage my pain. I always feel so much better afterwards. She is the best!

Carrie provides an exceptional experience every time! She is my "go to" for muscle pain and migraines. While pregnant, I experienced significant migraines that were debilitating. I tried everything and nothing seemed to relieve the pain until I got a massage from Carrie. By the following day I was able to function normally again.
