Been using this business for a long while. The most I have ever waited in the lounge was 2 minutes. Usually you walk from check in to the examine room.Office staff are warm, professional and efficient! Jeff Akers is excellent. Is focused on listening to the patient, works with you to fine tune your hearing loss issues and is focused on your issues while you are there!Highly recommend!

The Lewis Gale hearing clinic. Is wonderful. Easy to schedule appointments, receptionist always greet you with a smile. Jeff who I see for my hearing issues is very knowledgeable and doesn't pressure you into any products. He takes his time in selecting the correct hearing aids you need. I had my first pair for ten years and today I'm trying a new pair. Thank you!

This was a pleasant and easy visit from beginning to end. Parking and location was easy and accessible. Front desk personnel were friendly and efficient. Jeff Akers was professional and kind. I don't believe I have ever had a medical professional sit next to me on the table just to talk. He explained every move of the procedure and answered all my questions. Every visit with a medical office should be like this.
