To whom it may concern, DO NOT GO TO THIS FACILITY, the most dysfunctional facility since day one went went there to get my mother’s teeth done & get her partials done. Everything & every time we went was something different & nothing ever explained properly to the paying customers. Last draw went there Tuesday room looked dirty & not cleaned went back Thursday & everything was the same but even more dirty got pictures to prove, dental person comes in opens all the so called sterilized utensils everything had something on it & little black hairs on the tray me & the dentist was about to grab & start I stopped him showed him he said it is sterilized I asked will you put that in your mouth like that he said no well why put it in my mothers mouth. Staff was amazing. I really liked that they give you the option for financing if applicable for it. Dental care can be so expensive, but through their financial services it made my dental experience much more affordable. I would definitely recommend to anyone.

The Salem Dental Care Office is working with me in a very professional and collaborative way towards helping me with my personal dental needs. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable (which can make or break a practice). I’ve given a 4star only because I have to come back to have actual dental work done. After that I’m sure I’ll have another positive review to report.

Idk I normally have a good experience but this time was different. For one I waited maybe 20 mins past my appointment okay stuff happens cool. Let’s keep in mind I took time from work. I called the day before to confirm my appointment and get my copay amount which was $74.00. I get there thinking I’m getting a filling that I need. The dentist comes in and ask me why am I getting a filling instead of bridge work. I know I need a bridge but this was not the appointment for that. As if I scheduled my own appointment and told them what there were going to do. Then he says I’m not calling you a liar but I wouldn’t have told you to get a filling over a bridge. Okay whatever . A copay for a bridge is $2200, may I add & I came expecting to spend $74. So he goes I’ll stay late to do your bridge and
