My mother got there at 3am with mild heart failure and a bad fever,she was there for 10hrs no food or drink,when i arrived and asked for updates nobody knew anything not even the charge nurse!! When i would ask for anything they ignored me and acted as if I as invisible,young lady standing had a very bad attitude,This half hospital really needs to do better with there staffing!!!!! When i got there they finally brought out her food,her diet said normal,why did they wait 13hrs to give her food when she has been asking?? I asked them what changes and they could not answer me,this Half Hospital will leave you to Die!!! Dont ever bring your family here EVER!!! I give credit to “Bernice James” she was wonderful!!! I wish I could give a 0. I went twice in the last 3 years both for my wife we live less than 5 minutes away and I wont go back if I am dying. The first time we didn't what was going on but my wife had stomach pains. She was taken back in less than 2 hours but the nurses were not nice just bad attitude. They took my wife to get a scan and 60 minutes later I asked them where she is. It took them another 30 minutes to find her. THEY LEFT HER IN A WHEELCHAIR BY HERSELF WITHOUT A CELLPHONE AND FORGOT ABOUT HER! The second experience my wife was complaining of trouble breathing. We were there for 90 minutes without being triaged. A nurse comes out and makes an announcement to a FULL waiting room stating that a 3rd of the people there have been waiting for over 8 hours some over 12. Then, proceed

This is the WORST medical center I have ever been to. IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS I usually don't like to write bad public reviews. Intead, I look for ways to provide constructive feedback to the management of the business or institution. Unfortunately, I could not find a way to leave a feedback to the management team of this healthcare center. My appointment was at 2:15 pm today. I arrived at 2:05 pm. One of the representatives at the front desk asked for my insurance card so she could check me in. She put some information in the computer and asked me to sit in the waiting area and said that someone will call my name. After waiting for 1 hour, I was surprised that some of the patients who came after me were already called, but nobody called my name. Therefore, I went to the fro

This hospital is very slow please if you can i beg to go to a different hospital. The staff is slow my 1st visit here i was left alone for over 2 hours on an empty floor. The outlets in the waiting area don’t work you have to stand and charge your phone by the cvs. There’s always only 1 person at each check in station. And it seems like they avoid all of the hard work and try to irritate you making you wait for hours like your in an interrogation room so you can leave. They don’t rush to clean up a mess either i’ve waited over 3 hours and there’s been a crippled fly crawling all around the walls and floors and trash on the floors. Please if you have any other options go elsewhere this hospital is very unprofessional and will be sued soon enough for malpractice by somebody soon.

Just reading all the reviews, it sounded pretty to still go to this place but honestly we had really great experience. It was pretty quick, lab results, collaboration, communication. Especially the nurses staff was really amazing. Our nurse Zainab was just so sweet, may God bless her heart, so patient and kind. Doctors, front desk staff, I think everything was great. Cafeteria had pretty decent food as well.
