I am someone who HATES the dentist and I have anxiety about going. This office is for the most part on time which I appreciate. When you go into the office it gives off this very high tech feel which is amazing for a dental office. It is brightly lit and they have a few hygienists there who get to you right away. I wouldn’t say I’m relaxed at the dentist because the dentist in general gives me anxiety, But Dr Ahmed and the other doctor put me at ease. They encourage me to speak up if I’m uncomfortable like I’m gagging uncontrollably or something isn’t fitting right. They are great about making modifications on fillings as well. Shanice did my cleaning today and she was exceptional. Very thorough, very informative, and truly caring. This was the best cleaning experience I’ve had. Highly recommend this office and Shanice specifically!

I was sent to this place by my health provider for examination and cleaning. When I went for the appointment, they did X-ray and other checks professionally. And they said I will need two additional separate appointments for the cleaning and filling. I needed both to be done within 2 weeks, because I am traveling. They scheduled for me for cleaning at their Rockville office for today 08/28/2025 at noon. I got there and met the place locked. After calling repeatedly, I was able to get one of their agents to pick and told me that office isn’t open today and no appointment is scheduled for me for today in their system despite being issued with the attached appointment card. Waited 1.5 hours to be seen by Dr. Malik, received no updates from the front desk staff until they told me they don’t know when i’ll be seen and i ended up having to leave. They were also very rude and clearly not attentive. It’s definitely time for a new dentist. DO NOT COME HERE (unless you are ready to wait hours). My very first time receiving horrible healthcare like this and it’s such a shame, i will never step foot in this place again.

I’ve been a patient for years and I just can’t take the scheduling anymore.They overbook everyday so some patients will be turned away after waiting roughly an hour or so. I was turned away twice over a four day period. Another thing is they give 8:30 am appointments to a lot of people but the hygienist doesn’t come in until after 9. My job doesn’t give me that much flexibility so it doesn’t work for me.
