This isn't a review of the actual dentist but of their scheduling and office practices. I requested an appointment two weeks in advance through their website and received an email confirmation stating the office would reach out to me. When no one did, I contacted them to confirm the appointment. The representative on the phone told me she didn't see my name on the calendar. Although she offered me other times, it left a bad first impression, so I declined. She told me I had to call the office to schedule the appointment. Why have an online scheduler if it's not being utilized? It's not good business, especially since scheduling online is very convenient.

I was a little hesitant about posting my feedback but that is how I chose this dentist by honest feedback that was provided by another customer. Okay, so here goes! I only had two visits. I was quite pleased with the dental work that I received on my teeth. However, the customer service and a little more detail in the quality of work could receive a little more attention! I'm not sure if there are overbookings or if appointments are just too closely scheduled together but I did not have a real chance to speak to the dentist afterwards without speaking to him while he was working on another patient (unprofessional). My first appointment I waited for about 30 minutes before being seen. The second visit I was seen on time. Also, I asked about a predetermination procedure regarding my insuranc

The visit from the lobby to the actual Dentist chair was refreshing and professional I was terrified and Dr.Okoro has such a bedside manner and his humorous personality put me at ease I am so grateful I find this practice❤️🌹

Dr Okoro made my Day nervous and ready For pain and the total opposite happen No pain . I was amazed how excellent The procedure went. I had a filling done. I am on Dialysis 3 Days s week for 3 1/2 Hours so you known I am no looking forward To any Dental or other Medical Procedures. All the STARTS TO DR OKORO EXCELLENT SERVICE

My experience was pleasant, which says a lot! I am typically uncomfortable in a dentist chair with heightened emotions that originated from my early childhood. The doctor and his staff made me feel at ease during the procedure and I am pleased with the end result.
