Woodview Oral Surgery

Arrived 15min before scheduled 10:15 appointment. Signed in online so when I got there I didn’t have to. Sat in the lobby for 30min before I had to get up to ask how much longer. When I checked in I was told “where a LITTLE behind time so bare with us” I came in at 9:45 asked how long at 10:30 and left to go back to work at 11😩 We were only here for a consult and the waiting part was very much horrible. They lack communication with their patients and time management. If you’re looking to get in and out I highly do not recommend it. Now if you have hours to waist go for it. The ambience is amazing though I must say.

Came in for a tooth removal, was a bit late but the team 9from the front desk to the actual attendant) was kind and accommodating. They treated me very well, and the oral dentist herself, came and greeted me. She made me feel very comfortable and at ease. My procedure was not rushed but quick. Most of all, the care at the office and post care at home went really well.

Got all 4 wisdom teeth out today — the procedure went super smooth! Dr.Nkungula and staff were absolutely amazing, so kind, and very informative every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!

Horrible experience! The front desk staff was extremely rude and attempted to cancel my surgery citing a previous no show. Throughout the duration of my oral surgery the door was ajar and I was seen by patients and staff and it made me uncomfortable. Several staff members approached the Dentist while she was performing surgery on me and she held full conversation about other patients which also made me very uncomfortable. I felt more than pressure and was made fun of by the dentist for crying and told I was "too big" to cry. Upon completion the dentist told me she does not treat pain and does not care if you are in pain because it will eventually go away because your teeth are gone. Look no further! After years of putting off wisdom teeth removal due to dental anxiety, I finally took the leap of faith, and it was a great experience! I had all four wisdom teeth removed, and it was completely painless—no aches during or after the procedure. Dr. Nkungula was amazing, making me feel at ease with her personable approach, and I’m incredibly grateful for her. She even gave me her personal number for any questions or concerns. Big thanks also to her assistant, Tee, who was so patient and gentle throughout the process. There’s just a bit of room for improvement with one of the receptionists, as she could be more understanding and patient with anxious patients. Overall, though, this was a top-notch experience and I couldn’t be happier that I found Dr. Nkungula and her practice!
