Dear Management, I am writing to share my recent experience at your 950 Harry S. Truman Drive location. When I arrived, the gentleman at the front desk was polite, helpful, and friendly. I truly appreciated his professionalism and welcoming demeanor. However, my experience changed once I was called to the back. The technician who assisted me was wearing a mask and spoke with a very heavy accent, making it extremely difficult to hear and understand him. I had to ask him several times to repeat himself before I could understand the instructions. Clear communication is very important during medical procedures, and this was challenging throughout the appointment. This was my first time obtaining service at the Largo Maryland facility. Everyone was very professional, displayed a friendly and helpful demeanor and would ask if you are okay during and throughout the testing. The front desk staff, greeted everyone with a hello as well as a smile. The Radiologist, William took the time out to come out and let me know that they are finishing up with a previous patient and will come to get me in approximately 15 minutes. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the cleaningnes of the facility and the helpful deamor of the staff. Thanks for making a difference!!!

The staff was professional, pleasant and made an already overwhelming day…easier. The facility was clean…and I witnessed a staff member wiping down EVERYTHING nearing the closing and when the waiting area was nearly empty.

I arrived early. I was greeted immediately and checked in by the front desk representative, Yolanda. She was very professional, friendly and attentive. Seconds later, I was being called to the back by Jazmine who had a bubbly personality. This as my second time at this new location. Honestly, each time, the wait time was quick with smooth and professional service. EXCELLENT!!! No complaints thus far with the exception to the billing and processing of my previous claims between Community Radiology (CR) them, my healthcare provider (CareFirst), Medicare and Benefit Coordination Recovery Center (BCRC) which is NOT 🚫 entirely CR's fault. Overall, I am very satisfied with my testing through CR and service. I'm grateful!!!

CRA was a pleasant, quick service. The Staff were a delight and attentive. Although appointments aren't 100% guaranteed (according to the website) because Walk-in's are accepted for X-rays, the appointment I did make was honored on time. The Radiologist/X-ray Technician Kim and Student-intern Arcadia were extremely polite and gentle with servicing me the 5 x-rays I had completed. Initially, there were only 3 x-rays to be done but they were able to accommodate me with the additional 2 x-rays I needed in a prompt manner! They generously allowed me to charge my phone using the wall outlets even though the outlets had "do not remove" caps over them. Great Experience!
