UNC’s Ambulance, Dental, and Vision programs suck. The nitpick and pay only certain amounts of each procedure. The in-network vision referral wanted $1365. My out of network dentist was paid partially for each procedure. leaving me with a $700 balance for minimal dental procedures. now i owe a $100 ambulance balance. These charges exceed my monthly income.
Wonderful facility. Heather and her staff provide Compassionate and skilled care. Strong knowledgeable rehab team.
Does anyone know what number I can call to file a formal complaint against this facility and it’s administrator?
Horrible facility stinks let my mom fall out of wheelchair and she had brain injury
