Trihealth Mark Hodges MD Internal Medicine - CMH

I've always rated Dr. Hodges himself a 5 I'm sure you can find old reviews from me because Hodges is a 5 he is kind compassionate and listens. However today was the worst I've ever encountered at his office due to his receptionist who cancelled my appt before grace period was up after I called confirmed I was running late. I wasn't rude in anyway I asked questions confused why I was already cancelled when had called and was there at 3 exactly. I patiently waited on her to finish with a patient which turns into 3:01 the girl at the desk when I walked in asked her isnt she the one you cancelled 5 min ago? Within my grace period time. Awful. Staff never answer the phone. Wait time can be insanely long. Packed waiting room and everyone seems to have the same appointment time. Rude front desk, especially on the phone. Have to look at something to give an answer? They're going to make you feel like the dumbest person on earth. There is one woman who's tone is just nasty. Hodges gets along with people fine, but this office seems to run off of 'whenever I feel like getting to it.' rather than any type of professionalism, integrity and respect.

Let me first say, that I love Dr. Hodges. Hes and amazing Dr. who really sits down and listens to your concerns instead of standing at the door with his hand on the doorknob like most doctors. However, Im DEVASTATED today. I have narcolepsy, adhd, and just found out 3-4 weeks ago that I have several blood clots on both of my lungs after a bout with covid. I DID miss two appointments. (I had ALOT going on and with ADHD, it makes my symptoms worse). I rescheduled the appts. Today I had an appointment at 3:15 apparently. I had been calling his office since 9:36 am to try to find out exactly what time it was, and could NOT get through. I also rely on the reminder texts and calls about an upcoming appt. I did NOT receive one for the first time since I started at his office. I have been ther

This place sucks. They told my husband he had high blood pressure, puts him on a med that cost 736. Dollars. We can't afford that. Have gone to the office to let them know and of course he is out of state. Supposedly they sent him and email, we heard nothing. I call the office and tell them what is going on and nothing. Guess they don't care if my husband has a stroke.

I have been going to dr Hodges for years! He is great and always kind and attentive. His staff has always been kind and very helpful. If you have a bad experience then keep trying until you find one that suits you. But I have always been treated well at his office!
