Health Kneads Massage

Just finished with my first appointment. This was only my second professional massage in my life, and Ashley made the the other masseuse look everything except professional. Was extremely informative, made me feel comfortable, and released stress in parts of my body I didn't even know I had stored up. 10 outta 10, will definitely go again and again.

I am 72 and had never had a therapeutic massage before, so Ashley sure had a mess on her hands. Releasing so many knots in my legs was painful, but the rewards were great. Ashley kept it upbeat and pressed forward for the full hour, ever professional while encouraging me to take the discomfort in order to reap the benefits later — was she ever right about that! With my own professional life having been what it was (career counseling), I always ask people how they found their way to their work. She described how she invested in this business at the very beginning of her career on a walk down an alley way — a true entrepreneur. Obviously, I highly recommend Ashley and her studio.

Ashley has really helped with my pain. She also gives an amazing deep tissue massage. I definitely recommend her.
