Carriage Court of Washington Court House

Carriage Court has taken wonderful care of our mother. She had lived on her own for years and years until a medical situation led to her coming to live there. She was very happy there and talked about how nice everyone was to her. I believe she enjoyed being cared for and felt that she was being pampered. Staff was always positive and communication was excellent. Highly recommend this facility

My mom has been a resident at Carriage Court for about four years now. A fall at home followed by rehabilitation led her to respite care there. She got used to the routine and enjoyed assistance with meals and bathing. I think she feels safe and secure there. I think they do a nice job. The meals are good. They have a lot of activities for residents— crafts, short road trips, etc. If my mom has a fall or something, they are able to transport her to the local emergency room for assessment. That is a huge help. The nurse there gets back to me if I have any questions or concerns.

The care of my father has been wonderful. He enjoys living at Carriage Court. The staff is very caring and treat the residents as if they are family. We are at peace knowing that when we are not with dad, that he is safe and surrounded by friends who really care about him.

What a homey place. Communication with families is exemplary. They are on top of medical situations, responding to them quickly and appropriately. When a situation calls for action they respond as a group. There is no "this is not my job". Several members of our family travel quite a bit, including overseas. We can go in confidence knowing that our mother will be well taken care of by the staff at Carriage Court.

My grandma spent her last years in this facility and I could not be more thankful for the staff for making them comfortable! The staff is truly amazing. The facility is always clean and welcoming. All of the residents seem very happy and well taken care of. We still enjoy visiting when we are in town just to say hello. Thank you, Carriage Court for taking such good care of my grandma Ruth and all of the residents. You are the BEST!
