Fast and efficient. Overall, great people. The only issue was it shows on "services" cdl physicals are $65 but was charged $75. They said it's not posted anywhere, and prices increased back in March. So, just a heads up, it's $75 for a cdl physical

My boyfriend and I went to Campbell and Wall Family Practice because he was sick, and I wasn’t feeling the best either. At the appointment, he explained all of his symptoms. The doctor barely checked him—she just listened to his breathing and heart, looked in his mouth, and then said, “You’re good, go get your medicine.” That was basically it. On top of that, she questioned whether he was even 18 and asked where he works, even though he was wearing his full work uniform. When we asked if she could give us two doctor’s notes (since I had to drive him there and we both missed school for the appointment), she refused. Overall, the visit felt rushed, dismissive, and unprofessional, and we left feeling like we didn’t get the care or respect we expected.

I can’t say enough about the great quality of health care my husband & myself have received over the 16plus yrs we have been a patient Dr Carol . She’s a very caring physician & she is very personable she has always “listen “ to our medical needs . We will never leave this practice . Currently having a horrible time because I am having side effects with the ‘new’ steroid they put me on for Covid bronchitis……No sleep, nauseous,headache, and bleeding. The receptionist laughed at me and said I haven’t given it a chance when I called in. I’m on day 3 of NO sleeping,nauseous,headache and bleeding.I know MY body, I know this ‘new’ med is not working for me! I asked for a call back and still haven’t received one. This is negligence and Carolyn wouldn’t even talk to me, didn’t care, just looked at it ‘on paper’ and wouldn’t call me back to ask me about what was going on. The receptionist said she was busy at the opening hour, but 2 days later, no call back! She has never acted like that before and surely would never let a receptionist be unprofessional to me.
