CVS Pharmacy

Appalled, just used the uos access point here to pick up a package, the you male individual behind the counter is one of the most uninterested rude people i have had the displeasure of encountering, claimed my package was not there, refused to look for it, and when I asked if this store was at 1795 Columbus Ave, he said " dont know", luckily I was able to grab the attention of a supervisor that promptly located my package and was very swift and pleasant with service. I highly recommend removing the you g man from behind the counter of any and all customer service responsibilities

I really enjoyed the customer service here and the pharmacy help was great. It was my first time at this location!

They don’t let you call in anymore and you’re forced to leave a voice message.

So now they want you to leave a message with the pharmacy. You know when your at work and you can take 15 minutes out of your day to call the pharmacy at work but now you cant and you have to hope when they call you back you are not on another work call. Customer service isnt a thing with CVS apparently.
