Court House Urgent Care

The front desk lady was a little rude because I didn’t register online. I just moved to this area and had always been able to walk into urgent cares so I didn’t know. She told me I’d have to wait over an hour since I didn’t make an appointment. I already drove 20 minutes to get there so I was okay waiting. But then they had me taken back in like 5 minutes. I didn’t have to wait long at all. The doctor I seen was very nice. I’m glad that I didn’t leave because of the front desk lady, everyone else was nice.

The women at the front desk (Reception/Registration) is rude and hates her job an its obvious! I will never return to this location again. Ive given them plenty chances! Ive had several encounters that were awful with the front desk lady. She even likes to do eye rolls clearly cant stand chikdren ! The nurses and the Dr are great but they are loosing patients left an right because the first person they encounter at registration!!!!!!

A well deserved 5. It was the 1st time in years I went to a doctor and didn't feel like I was rushed through. Toni listened to my concerns. She was very thorough and made sure I understood everything that could be causing my issue. The whole experience was exceptional. I took her advice and I'm already starting to feel better.

This was my second time going to this facility and I just love Niki and both experiences were amazing. I did not wait long either time and both times they were able to help. Niki makes the process seamless and all the staff are just awesome! The caregivers both times listened and cared and I will continue to go there when I need immediate help. Very reasonable as well.

Started out with Vicky at the front. She really helped us out. She was compassionate & professional. Julie Stanton did a procedure on my foot to remove debris in the top of my foot. She did an amazing job. She found my problem & removed it. I am so thankful for the care. I recommend them highly!!
