Copper Knoll Health & Rehabilitation

My grandma stayed here for about a month around Thanksgiving and Christmas to recover from a back injury, and she received good treatment here. The facility is spacious and very nice! They decorate really nice for Christmas. The nurses and nurse’s aids are all friendly (especially Debbie, who is quite the character!). They’ll answer any questions the best they can but are sometimes hard to find with how busy they are at certain points in the day. With every member of staff that I interacted with, I felt like I was visiting with an old friend! Trish, the director of admissions, is one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She was very knowledgeable when it came to walking us through all the paperwork to get grandma admitted. I always saw her walking around the facility, talking with other

Copper Knoll has been an unexpected blessing for our family. Things happened SO quickly - none of us had had any experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s, managed care. Thank God Copper Knoll did. This experience has been seamless… the staff - the directors - the aides - ALL are kind and compassionate. Any issues that come up are addressed quickly… housecleaning and restocking supplies are completed in an efficient manner as well. The food is always good!!

My mom’s wonderful experience with Copper Knoll started with Trish’s visit to her hospital room. And, when she arrived at Copper Knoll for her stay, Trish was waiting for her. She is AMAZING! The decor at this facility’s entry is like no other. Her room had everything needed to get settled in. Mom and her roommate both departed as new friends. The nurses, therapists, hairdressers and all staff were very kind and attentive. I highly recommend Copper Knoll.

Wow, what a well decorated, clean and fresh smelling facility. We had no trouble finding someone to get directions to our loved one. The individual rooms were a nice size and clean. Our love one was able to attend church weekly, participate in activities and games. It was a blessing to watch her singing worship songs with other patients. We seen improvement in her from the physical therapy. The staff were very attentive to our needs and were very professional. If I had to be in a rehab facility I would want it to be Copper Knoll.

I’m one month OP for TKR, I was an in house patient for PT. The facility was very clean and the needs in my room were met quickly and efficiently. The entire staff, aides,nurses, physical therapist, laundry and kitchen staff were pleasant and concerned, as well as the maintenance staff responding to needs in my room. I was treated with respect by entire staff.
