Triad Orthodontics - Thomasville

They straight lied to my face.. I heard rumor they were moving the Ortho office to Greensboro, I told them I could not drive that far if that was the case I'll have to wait till ai get a better ride and staff in front and back acted like they didn't know what I was talking about. now my son has braces, they pulled several teeth and I have no dependable ride to Greensboro and no body else will touch my son because they started the process. It's not like anybody else will even take medicade kids anyway. So now I'll have to have them removed put him on my work insurance that I cannot afford to have someone else finish a job Triad should be doing. My husband passed this year so I can't even get the time off work to make it 30 mins away Everytime he needs to be seen or something needs repaired.

I do not recommend this place. I went for a consultation and was told I would need to get 2 crowns before starting my treatment, I agreed and signed the contract and paid the $250 deposit. I spent $1800 to have the necessary dental work done only to be told when I called back to schedule my treatment that I was refunded the $250 and would need to sign a new contract and pay $1000 deposit instead?! I was told that it was because they've had patients come in for treatment and get trays and never return...what does that have to do with me and what I was initially told and agreed to? Needless to say they lost my business and I was going to have my son's treatment there as well however I will take my business elsewhere. Thanks Triad Orthodontics for wasting my time. 10/10 recommend. Very nice, helpful, organized and clean! Dr Matt is the best! We love all their staff!
