CVS Pharmacy

Best pharmacy ever. I switched from Walgreens in Thomasville after the service was so bad there. Here at CVS they are kind attentive and make you feel like they care. Thank you for making it so easy to get prescription, receive help and making your customers feel great.

CVS is great they help me alot when I get things there

I was waiting on a prescription that was called in by my Dr. Most of the time I get a text message the same day. I didn't get a text .but a email the next day. My only complaint

I had an appointment yesterday for a vaccine. I get there and it’s not in stock they said they have to call it in come back in the morning. Get here the next morning and they still don’t have it. I’m told now after wasting my time twice I need to call in advance to make sure it’s in stock I’ve never been told that usually if I have an appointment for something it’s there I think it’s odd I’d need to check on it. Lady I talked to was nice but other lady who was there yesterday and was the one who told me to come back the next day acted as if she wasn’t the one who told me to come back today and she’d put the order in. Kinda rude. Was told to try other locations but you can’t call other locations because it’s automated and tells you to leave a voicemail.
