Some days as a pet parent are just ordinary. And then there are days that change everything. Today was one of those days. My sweet Sadie, 11 years old, my constant companion, my heart, was perfectly fine last night. This morning, she woke up with her left eye squinting shut. Her annual checkup was scheduled for tomorrow, but I called the office to see if I could ask about it. Gabby didn't hesitate. She said, "No, we need to see her today." That quick, decisive action may have saved her sight. Dr. Jacobson examined Sadie right away, ran the necessary tests, and then looked at me with a seriousness I'll never forget: "This is considered an emergency. First time there. The staff was absolutely wonderful! Very professional and empathetic. On my walk to see the vet, I had a panic attack. They greeted me and saw I was in distress, offered me water and allowed me to catch my breath. My baby did great! She is usually a reactive dog but she was very good. Says a lot about the staff. Thank you to the entire team. I really appreciate y'all.

We have 3 let’s say interesting pets all with unique needs Dr Cecil and all the people here are so great. They are patient even with our Tortie who is a handful and our chihuahua who won’t take pills and doesn’t like naik trims. We love it here!

We went to visit family for a week up north and boarded our black lab here. They even gave her the wellness visit while she was there along with all her necessary shots. The vet called afterwards and went over the results and was super personable The staff was super friendly and went above and beyond, especially Morgan who worked with Nova the most, we love vet tech Morgan! We will continue to board here when going out of town! Highly recommend!

I do NOT recommend this vet hospital, I was with them for several years and their prices are pretty high. but the reason is I took my dog there NIKKI to be checked for something that she had about 6 months earlier, where her platelets were near zero causing her to be no energy and no feeling well, this time and the last time she was in heat and EACH time we brought it to the attention of the VET. I asked to do the bloodwork that would just verify the platelets but like MORE TIMES she ran the bill up over $700 that INCLUDED a ulta-sound that she recommended. The platelets WERE low but not as bad before and was going to put on the same meds HOWEVER she came back with this: Plan: Recommended transfer to a emergency hospital for emergency pyometra surgery and treatment of thrombocytopeni
