As a mother, the best thing a doctor's office can do is provide excellent healthcare for my children. The providers went above and beyond to give my son excellent care. They patiently listened & answered questions as we shared about medical history, symptoms & concerns. After the test results were positive, they provided us with the prescriptions needed to make a speedy recovery. Thank you for all that you do!

The staff has been great each time my family has went here. Its nice to have a place in such a convenient location to get care from. I will say the website is slightly misleading they do not have an xray machine and you can only see that when you go to the website and then pull up this location and then scroll around looking for the little blurb, otherwise it looks like it does have an xray Being able to make an appt online is great for urgent but not emergent care, staff was great, thanks again for the times you have been able to help

Do not recommend. Please take your copay elsewhere. Had a nurse practitioner miss diagnose me after not physically examining me at all. Immediately left and went to a different urgent care who did diagnose me with the sinus and ear infection I knew I had. When I made a complaint to their patient relations dept, they did nothing. Pinnacle Healthcare in Lexington is far better and will actually address your health needs!

The entire staff was friendly and personable. The provider explained everything to me and was sure to mention if I began to feel worse to please let them know. I would use this facility for urgent medical care again and would recommend it to others.
