My husband recently slipped on the ice injuring himself. I called our PCP begging for an appointment just for someone to put their eyes on him. They had an appointment that day. As soon as Dr Banks saw my husband's leg he immediately sent us to the Ed. We were not happy at all but we could see the concern in his face and voice. We did go to the emergency room and ended up admitted for 4 days in the hospital. We have grown to appreciate Dr Banks mannerisms and professional demeanor and advice. Will definitely see him in the future. What an asset he is to this office, one that my husband and I have been patients at for over 40 years.
I just love the way he treats his patients. He always explains things and always ask if the patient has questions.

He was a very good Dr. In my examination. However It is also important for my protection in my job for him to fill out the paperwork from Sedgewick. This is a company for Walmart employee's security with their jobs. They have a "Points" System, which is not liked due to the fact that you can't help it if you have to be out sick! Shingles! Is not easy to deal with! I will be going back to him on 7th of January. My right side of my face looks like someone used it as a punching bag!
Takes his time to listen to you and has offered more solid advice than most of the Mds I've visited in my life.
