Whoever just answered the phone should know that maybe they shouldn’t cut someone off mid sentence when they are calling to ask a question about their child’s care. Common sense and common courtesy. That’s rude and unprofessional.

I would recommend Dr. DeMaio and his team to anyone. They are kind, welcoming, professional, on time, and forgiving of the occasional forgotten appointment. They are very safe with their Co-Vid19 protocols, and one never has the opportunity to sit in their waiting room, they run an efficient office there and give lots of reminders so that it is hard to miss an appointment. One other thing is that they have been extremely gracious when I have been under outside stress and grief. They are just the best!

We love Dr. D! He's kind, friendly and caring as well as very knowledgeable about what our sons need. Today he talked with one of our sons about his upcoming braces. He answered his questions in kid language. Dr. D. has a great deal of experience with children who were born with cleft lip and palate. He has helped our family with this in particular and we are so grateful to him!

I would recommend Treehouse Ortho to anybody getting braces for the first time! I've been going for almost two years with my braces treatment and they have shown me nothing but good quality care! I always look forward to my appointments!
