Greenfield Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

Coming here after a serious operation for rehabilitation was a relief to have started moving forward from the hospital. It has been a day by day situation with wonderful staff, nurses who care, and are on top of things. I feel safe here, comfortable, and I also feel they care about my rehab and how I am moving forward. They are engaged in my progress and I would highly recommend this facility to others in need of rehab.

I have had a great experience at Greenfield Rehab. The aids are kind and helpful. I especially appreciate the amazing wound nurse Jen that has helped heal my wounds. She is so good. My experiences with everyone has been wonderful. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of rehabilitation.

A member of our family is here and we are very satisfied with the care he is receiving. The facility has a strong nursing leadership team, and caring, consistent staff. The PT/OT staff are extremely committed to the rehabilitation of their patients. The staff in all departments throughout the facility are welcoming, respectful and caring. It’s been a positive experience.

We chose Greenfield Rehab for our father’s rehab and we were very happy with our decision. The entire staff (nurses, CNAs, PT and administrative) is friendly, caring and very responsive to calls and e-mails whenever there was a question or concern. They want patients and families to succeed. Highly recommend!

I have a loved one who has been living in this facility for some time now. Although I miss their nurse Stephanie who used to work there, the aides are absolutely exceptional! The place may not look the best on the inside but the level of care given by most of the aides makes this place great! They really care for their patients as if they are family and go above and beyond for them! Keep up the great work. I would highly recommend.
