Greenfield Family Dental

This is truly the best dentist I have ever had in my life. I drive 1 hour and 35 minutes to every single appointment, and I wouldn’t change that for anything. I would much rather make that long drive than trust my care to anyone else. He is incredibly fast but also so gentle, and he constantly checks to make sure I am comfortable and okay. That level of care means everything to me. He takes away the fear and anxiety that usually comes with going to the dentist and replaces it with trust and comfort. I am beyond grateful to have found a dentist who genuinely cares about his patients. The drive is absolutely worth it every time.

As I walked through the main doors I looked straight at the Dental Neon sign. Receptionist was nothing but kind and patient with me. Asking for identification I showed her a picture of one on my phone, she asked if it could emailed for documentation reasons. After filling out some simple paperwork I was directed to the back and for HIPAA reasons no pictures were taken there. The woman taking impressions and xrays communicated with small talk through out the procedure. Explaining in very detailed order what the process would entail. Doctor was impressed with my knowledge of awareness to procedure as well. After around 45 min. to 1 hr I was given a appointment card for 1 week later and contact information. Greenfield Family Dental has been absolutely amazing to me. I had a crown that wasn't placed correctly by a previous dentist and it broke within a year. Unfortunately, MassHealth doesn't cover crown repairs, but the dentist here made sure I was taken care of and got a new one placed as quickly as possible. Any dental issue I've had, they've gotten me in right away. I've always been treated with the utmost respect, kindness, and care. He is truly an incredible man and an exceptional dentist. Make your appointment at Greenfield Family Dental - I promise you won't regret it.

Review 100! 🎉 First, they accept MassHealth. I can’t say I’ve ever enjoyed a root canal but, I enjoy massive private dental insurance copayments even less. Also, this is just an objectively good dentist’s office. When my tooth began aching agonizingly after a temporary filling gave out, GFD was able to see me almost immediately (within a few days). All of the staff are extremely personable and good-natured, and the procedure was actually quicker and less painful than temporary one I got at another dentist on the same tooth. Would recommend, better than you would expect to find in one of these drab strip malls next to a freeway.

Had Root Cannal went so well. Dr. Explained things as he worked absolutely Professional and kind. Staff incredible and caring. Can't say enough good. Need a Dentist this is the best of the best.
