Great driving directions and ample parking. The receptionist was very nice and professional. My exam went well and I felt comfortable and the instructions were easy to follow. Filling out the online forms saved me a lot of time in the office. Everyone Made me feel welcome and The procedures were explained as well as my hearing results with good follow up instructions. Lisa Alber is very thorough, efficient, and kind. Went to the office expecting to need a new set of hearing aids and left with my existing hearing aids working better and only a $40 fee for a hearing test. Lisa has also listened to important things in my life and given me specific settings for birdwatching and listening to music on my aids. Can’t praise her and her equally delightful office staff enough.
