I haven’t been to the dentist consistently in over a decade. I’ve had bad experiences with prior dentists and developed dental anxiety. I was forced to go somewhere because of tooth pain. I went here and it was actually really nice and i felt very comfortable. They are kind and patient and talk you through everything they’re doing and you can tell that they want to make you comfortable. I will be a repeat customer!

I found that my dental Checkup today was very Positive. I do not know how to spell the hygienist name today. However, she was thorough, kind, professional and explained everything she was doing.

Everyone was friendly. The nurse made me feel very comfortable. I went in with a little apprehension, but that was quickly dispelled. Dr. Hringa, explained everything and let me know my best options. The lady who made my future appointments, was also very helpful.

Update: they've contacted me after seeing this review to try to make things right; we'll give that time. -- Chose this dentist based on a recommendation and website pricing stating routine checkups were typically $100–$250 before insurance. I was billed $521. They charged me for X-rays not taken and removed them only after I disputed it. I emailed screenshots asking about the pricing discrepancy; instead of answering, they just quietly removed those numbers from the site and didn't tell me til I called back about it. Care was fine. Billing transparency and communication were not.

I’m 67 and had some horrible dentists in my life but BGH DENTAL is the best I have ever had. They are friendly, professional and very thorough. I know they have my best interest in my health. I don’t cringe when I know my appointment is coming soon.
