Pioneer Valley Pediatric Dentistry

My experience With this pediatric dentistry was the furthest thing from professional. The dentist pushes for unnecessary procedures. The front desk, though they may seem nice and professional. They most definitely are not. These people are unreasonable, unprofessional Heartless and pushy. My impression of their behavior is all they care about is making sure that they over bill for everything they can. Very much, a wolf in sheep‘s clothing vibes.

We love the doctor! He is so sweet and approachable for my kiddos! Both have been scared before but him and his staff help my kids feel safe and have fun! My son likes feeling older (8 year old) and gets the “adult” treatment having his own room and not having his mom in there with him he enjoyed. They even get to “help” with the work holding things for them etc! She got to sit on my lap when she got scared and really felt safe afterwards. It was a great and faster then I thought experience! They have been very flexible with our changing schedules, sick kids and accommodating our schedules always! This momma would totally recommend!

Great staff! Very efficient and does well with all ages. Both my children have been going here since birth and have zero fear of the dentist!

First visit today with my shy, nervous 6 year old. So impressed with the light, warm atmosphere and disposition of staff and doctor. We received gentle care and patience which eased my mama heart tremendously. We live an hour away but I'll make the drive knowing we've found a comforting pediatric dentist.

He’s a great dentist and works wonderful with my kids. They range from 2-11 and they always feel comfortable. He explains everything to parents so then they know exactly what’s going on and he takes his time with each patient making sure they get the best care.
